Free Printable Hand Drawn Maze. Easily downloadable and printable PDF format. Great Mazes for both kids & adults very challenging but fun.

As I was thinking of ideas for a fall maze my mind kept coming back to one item; LEAVES. The foliage in autumn is beautiful but they are also the never ending chore that I must tackle each week. In fact, I spend so much time picking up leaves I repeatedly joke that I have a love affair with my backpack leaf blower.

I wanted this maze to represent leaves falling to the ground and piling up. This is another pattern maze in a similar style to my snowflake maze or even my fishing lure maze. Additionally, I wanted to add an extra game element into this maze to increase the challenge. You’ll notice that in order to get the highest score you will need to pass through all of the leaves as you complete the maze. Adding game elements to my mazes is an idea that I am going to continue to explore. I included additional game play in my pumpkin farm maze as well as my cassette maze.

All of my mazes start out as a pencil drawing and then are slowly filled in with marker and colored pencils. I then add the words digitally after I scan them into my computer before turning them into the PDF that is in the download link. The below video shows the process of how this maze was created and has been sped up to hundreds of time the actual speed.
